QuickQ Q&A: downloads, sign-in, connections — all covered

Where do I get the QuickQ installer?

The installer lives on the official download page. Pick the option that matches your device — Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android — and the page points you to the right distribution link. Stick to the quickq.casa entry and skip installers from anywhere else.

What do I do the first time I open QuickQ?

Open QuickQ after installing and sign in. The home screen lists the routes you can use: pick one, press connect, and once it says connected you are good to go. Not sure? Follow the tutorial step by step.

Do I have to register again on a new device?

No — reinstall the client on the new device and sign in with your old account; no new registration, no extra payment. How many devices can be signed in at once depends on your plan; the plans page spells it out.

It keeps spinning and will not connect — now what?

Disconnect first, make sure your own network is fine, then try a different route. Still stuck on connecting? Close QuickQ completely and reopen it. If it keeps happening, check whether a system proxy or security software is blocking the client.

Speed jumps up and down after connecting?

Pause the downloads and streaming that eat bandwidth first, then switch to a lighter route. Also check that no other VPN or proxy app is running — it might be fighting with QuickQ. Test a few times at different hours and you can usually tell route trouble from your own bandwidth.

How do I keep my QuickQ account safe?

A few habits do it: a unique password that is hard to guess, no reusing it elsewhere, never sharing codes or account info, and getting the client only from trusted entries like quickq.casa — never cracked or mystery installers.

How can I tell if my subscription is still active?

Sign in and open the account section: billing period, expiry date, and status are all there; the purchase entry on the plans page shows the same. Once it expires, renew and sign in again to get back in.

Can my device run it?

64-bit Windows 10 and 11, macOS 11 and up, iOS 14 and up on iPhone and iPad, Android 8.0 and up, plus Linux desktops on Ubuntu 20.04 or Debian 11 and above all work. You will want 2 GB or more of RAM and about 200 MB free; Linux builds follow the download page.

How much, and is there a free version?

Three paid periods: 1 month at CNY 49, 12 months at CNY 299, and 24 months at CNY 499, every one with supported devices and online help. There is no permanent free version on the official site; start with 1 month and move up if it fits. Prices and perks follow the plans page.

What happens to my data?

Per the privacy policy, QuickQ handles only what is necessary: account identifiers, device type, subscription status, and diagnostics — for sign-up, subscription confirmation, running the service, and answering requests, tied to verification, delivery, security, stability, and legal duties. Personal information is never sold; access control, transport protection, and internal audits keep risk down. Details on the privacy policy page.

How many devices can be online at once?

One account works across several devices, and every plan lists its supported devices; how many can be online at once follows the plan. New device? Install the client, sign in with the same account — no re-registration, no extra cost.

Connected but slow?

Stop high-bandwidth stuff like downloads and video first, then move to a lighter route, and make sure no other proxy or accelerator is fighting QuickQ. Test at different times to see whether it is the route or your line; if one app alone is slow, look at its network settings and cache.

How do I know the installer is legit?

Download only from the official entry and eyeball the domain first; skip third-party sites and cracked copies. If the system warns about the source, confirm it really came from the official entry, then allow it in settings. Still stuck? The FAQ troubleshooting steps cover it.
